Clutch fan question

I searched all through the treads and none of them answer my question so I figured I'd just see off anybody could answer it. Ok so a few months ago I replaced my radiator with a 3 row aluminum one. About a week ago my truck just started sounding like I'm driving through a wind tunnel at like 2,000 rpm and higher it does it cold hot no matter what. On the freeway it's all I hear. Ok if my clutch fan is bad how do I tell which one I have ( I'm assuming its original and my truck is a 70 c20) and also is it ok to drive like that?
