where to get new leaf springs?

I've got an '89 suburban 1/2 ton 2wd. I think I've been talked into new leaf springs for the rear of a 3" lift, but where can I get them?? Most of the places that sell the lift kits don't seem to have them (unless I'm missing it). Do local places sell them? I imagine they're expensive to ship.

If I want to tow a class IV trailer about once a week but only for a few miles, will those be ok, or do I also need something else (meaning a helper spring, etc.)
