Turn signal help

I rewired the whole truck and nothing in the steering column was working.

I replaced the turn signal switch and now my hazards work perfectly but, my turn signals do not. I believe all wires are hooked up correctly and I have several new clean grounds. (Battery to block, front clip to frame, cab to frame, bed to frame, block to frame, and I also have grounded my instrument panel.)

The guy I got the truck from said the turn signals did not work for him but, I have since rewired. The hazards work fine so I am thinking that tells me that the flasher and bulbs are ok.

Any advice appreciated.
