LED headlights (7" round)

I currently have Jeep JK headlights on my '73 C20, but I'd like a bit more light. I know there are ($$$) good LED headlights available, but was wondering if anyone has experience with the noname stuff. Part of why I'd like to try this on the truck is my motorcycle uses a compatible headlight and I'd like more light on it, and having one of two headlights on a truck go out isn't as problematic as the only headlight on a bike.
