Thumbs down New Entropy Radiator that DOESN'T FIT

So i bought an entropy tri flow radiator for my Detroit Diesel 68 truck project. At first it went well the guy was very helpful on the phone. Then the radiator showed up and it doesn't fit. The radiator measures the same as the old but doesn't fit. It is too tall and all the guy has to say is I have the wrong mounts. Then i asked for a refund and he said it is a "custom" radiator which it wasnt the man pulled it off the shelf to send it too me. Anyone else have these problems?
