Speakers in kick panels

I am installing some new speakers in my 90 V1500 Suburban. I put new 3.5s in the dash. New 6x9s in the back and 4x10s in the front doors. I have a set of 4" speakers that I want to add to it as well. I am wondering if anyone has put 4" speakers in their kick panels. The other option I thought of was either in the trim between the front and rear doors or in the ac shroud in the back. If anyone has pictures of anything like this I would appreciate it.
