Is Frankie worth putting $$$ into?

After driving the truck home, about 100 miles. There are a few things that really need updated to make me happier(make sense?) Now that I have had a little time to sit down and start looking up parts and prices, big question is... What are these things really worth?

I know we are not going to keep it forever. We are already having parking issues at the house. And winter months we can not park on the road, so I will have to find a place to store it. We are thinking that we will keep it for the summer and do as much camping and traveling in it as possible, and sell it this fall/winter. But I really can't find any that are for sale or have sold.

And I know the cost of COOL has its price...lol. I just don't want to be totally upside down on this thing.
