I know you guys don't like boring threads but I need help

I'm hoping I can get some help on this new 66 with a 292ci I just picked up. It has a BAD exhaust leak and upon further inspection there was no gaskets between the intake and exhaust manifolds and the bolts and nuts were missing so it was building a HUGE amount of carbon.

I took it all apart and tried to start assembling it. This is the bottom of the intake




This are the 2 gaskets I got in the kit:

Which one do I use? It's a Texas truck with the stock motor, carb, intake, exhaust manifold etc.
