Loose tilt steering wheel
I have searched the threads & youtube about this, tightened up the 4 torx bolts, (twice) and still have some looseness
 which will not allow me to pass the inspection. Am I missing some step or is there more that needs to be done other than the tilt's 4 torx bolts? Thanks
