Wheel fitment issue

OK, back with more questions.

From the earlier help I received I determined that the frame I purchased was a 67 and was manufactured in St. Louis, MO (just East of me 130 miles!)

Someone put a disc brake set-up under it that is 6 lug. I'm thinking it must be from another later model truck rather than an aftermarket piece - but not positive.

Problem I am experiencing is that the wheel rubs the end of the steering arm of the spindle. I thought that the wheels on it must be wheels that are only for drum brake, so I bought a set of wheels that came off of a 93 Chevy truck to put on the rolling chassis. I guessed that would take care of it, but nooooo! They still rub.

Any ideas on what I am missing here? Thanks again and sorry to be such a bone head - I'm sure it is something simple, but what? Jay
