Question Extra fuse panel?

What does it take to put an extra fuse panel in? The reason for the question is this. I scored a fuse panel out of another truck for next to nothing, and I want to do an "add- on" to mine to get additional wiring capabilities. With the additional electrical circuits I've put in, my fuse panel looks like a bowl of multicolored spaghetti, and I want to clean it up, and make it safer. I really done need a BBQ under the dash.
Of course, if I can do this I'll relabel the extra panel to reflect what it goes to.
