Front spring rear mount frame bushing

I need a little help with 3 questions that have been bugging me about my '52.

1. How do you remove the two bushings that are mounted in the front spring's rear spring hanger (pic shown after heating and beating on it to no avail)?

2. I haven't been able to find these for sale. Where would I find replacements?

3. This is on a 2 ton. I know the rear suspension hangers pins and bushing interchange from 3/4 ton up, but do the front suspension parts interchange from the 3/4 up as well?
