Front suspension rebuilding - POR15 pictures

Here is what I did this week. I had previously removed all the old rubber bushings and pressure washed the a-arm assemblies. Then I bead blasted the parts. Since rust will form immediately I used POR-15 all the parts. They only have a single coat. This is my first time using POR15 and I like it. Next time though instead of brushing it on I'm going to spray it on. If you really want a smooth look, it's better to hang the parts and coat them. Anything that drips over will not look good once it dries. Plus it may stick the part to anything the part is laying on!!
