Starter Identification Help

I'm looking at replacing my starter on the truck because this old starter i have is gutless and the solenoid is cracked and overheating anyways. My question is this...from these pictures, can any of you tell me or not if this is a straight bolt pattern starter? which is compatible to the last picture?

this is the one i was looking at buying if it will work

Or do i need to pull it and take better pictures?

Thanks in advance fellas!

Jack
