What to do with new bed wood for selling truck
Can't decide which way to go with the 24k mile barnfinds bed wood. I have to sell the truck soon before I go to college. If I were keeping it id paint the wood and strips black like original. But, from a buyers perspective, what would be the best?
1. Nice satin black like factory (67 was the last year for this) 2. Stained and coated 3. Left untreated? Then they could decide. Or would this take value from the buyer who doesn't want to work on it.. Won't need anything to be a great driver so. I want to paint it for originality to match the rest of the truck and the durablilty compared to other coatings, but I'm sure most people would prefer pretty stained wood. Let's hear your thoughts! |
