Front hub nut removal problem

Hi Guys
I've been trying to remove the front hub nut (35mm one) and it won't budge. This hub was replaced by the local dealer before I got the '04 1500 Burb with AWD. I've tried with a 35mm impact socket and a good 1/2 Ingersoll impact, not the "looks like the good one". I also broke a 1/2 Blackhawk ratchet with a short pipe on it. The 3/4" ratchet wouldn't budge it either. I'm 250 lbs and I think I can come up with 180 ft/lbs using a 3/4 ratchet.
Then I thought they might have put red loctite on it so I heated the nut to 500* and still nothing.
I don't see a thread where anybody else has had this problem. Any ideas?
Thanks
Mark
