Exhaust route for lowered with porterbuilt tank/comp brackets.

I think I may have painted myself into a corner slightly.

I searched and found a few threads talking about routing exhaust on lowered trucks etc. But none had my combo and I am still concerned I am screwed.

I have a '70 C10 short fleet. We are just completing the install on a 454 and will have to get custom exhaust done. I have the porterbuilt brackets with tanks and compressors on the outside of the frame where all the pics show them mounted. I am running I guess a stage 2 rear PB system and a stage 1 front with the lower control arms. So no dropmembers etc....

I have seen a few guys (including one of the trucks shows on Spike tv) go above the trans cross member right up against the cab floor, through an aftermarket trailing arm crossmember, then just behind the cab they used a 'U' shaped piece of pipe to go up and over the frame rail and exit in front of the rear tires. But that is where the porterbuilt brackets are sitting so I cant do that unless I leave the brackets there with the compressor and maybe put the tanks in the bed of the truck.

I also have a Boyds Welding aluminum fuel tank under the bed so it makes going over the rear end more difficult.

Anyone have some advice on the route??? I don't mind cutting the 4 inch holes in the trailing arm cross member and run pipe through it. I am just not sure how to get the pipe out from under the truck and prefer not to run dumps. The cam I am using is a Chris Straub cam and is pretty lumpy. It will not be a quiet engine. The dumps will be pretty loud and blow dust/dirt everywhere.
