SB350 Removal
Hey guys. Looking for a little insight on my first time small block removal. I couldn't find a definite answer when I searched last night... but I'm sure it's an easy one for most on here.
I have a '72 K20 4wd with an SM465 4spd. I'm taking the motor out for various reasons, but want to know if the bolts in the pic below have to be removed before I start pulling and prying the engine away from the bell housing. I stopped working on it last night. All other bolts are out and the motor and bell housing have separated 3/16-1/4" just from having the hoist up a little and pulling back. Before I actually try to get it a part with some muscle, I want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything. Thanks for any help Rider |
