Phantom flutter update
I got home yesterday, and got to work under the hood.
I first checked the timing: it was at about 9 deg BTDC. I reset the timing at 14 deg, and it seems to run better. I hooked up my vacuum gauge, and it runs a steady 19 hg at idle. I'm going to tinker a little more today with the idle and mixture I haven't had it out on the road yet but, will this afternoon.
