Confirming This Disc Kit Will Work For Me

Is the 12 inch disc kit the one I should go with if running 15" rim? I'm looking at the CPP set up because its on sale on eBay. I just want to make sure this will fit with 15 inch rims, I know some rims are drum only and wont clear the disc set up, but I will probably get rims from the late 70s.

Also - Im going with a disc drum set up, will a '71 Disc/Drum MC work on my 70?
