Happy Thanksgiving, and how to lubricate brake sleeve assembly?

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Anyway, what do you guys recommend to lubricate the brake sleeve? A link to one is provided below. I've read white lithium, which appears to have been used from factory. I've also read to use high pressure lubricant, such as camshaft break-in lub.

On another note, page 263 and 264 of the assembly manual appears to show you grease the push rod, where it attaches to the brake assembly (3P). Don't know why you'd do this, and there didn't appear to be any lub when I pulled it apart.

Thank you
