Pick up bed

[70 Lolo]

So, I got a 70 LWB but I am converting it to a SWB. I know I can buy SWB sides and do it that way but that is just a little too expensive for my budget. Me and a buddy will be chopping the bed to make it a SWB. The only issue I am having is taking the bed completely apart. I took the tailgate off and removed the bolts from the back side of bed. I have found some nuts underneath the bed that go all the way around. Is that all that's left to take apart the bed or is there more? THANKS for the help
