You don't have to knock no studs out of the fire wall.
You need the brackets for a 67-72 truck. They will have holes for the fire wall and holes for the booster. You may have to redrill the booster side though. I haven't ever check on this so it's a guess they may bolt right up. Not a very good picture but you can see it attaches to the bracket not the fire wall.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |
