67' steering stabilizer

I'm doing a frame-up rebuild on a 67'. It does not have power steering, but it does have a 'steering stabilizer' (it's basically a horizontally mounted shock absorber that helps reduce wear and prevent "bump steer").

My questions is this...

does anyone know exactly how/where this steering stabilizer and it's connecting brackets attach?

thanks in advance.
