Bench seat rebuild spring pockets!

I've stripped my bench seats of there upholstery, the Base unit had hessian pockets in the springsame. With cotton wadding in them , plus mice poop and nests!
Anyone know what I can use to read build them ... im guessing foam cubes inserted in the springs then a layer of foam over the top before the seat cover goes back on?
