Help with tie rods

Hi I have a 1965 K20 pickup fleetside and am having a hard time finding the tie rods that are attached to the pitman arm. I can find the 3" outer tie rods everywhere but can't seem to find the inner tie rods. Would anyone know of another year that would swap over? I found some moog that were supposed to fit but the knuckles were to big and would hit. Thanks in advance for any help.
