I've been a member for quite awhile but never did much (any) posting. I'm sure I joined back when I had my 59 Apache SB but that's been gone for a few years...cool truck!

I've recently picked up an 89, 4wd 3/4ton suburban that I'm looking to turn into a capable exploration rig. It's got the usual faded roof, sagging headliner, slow windows, water on the floor issues but it's solid and a great platform. Looking to do a small lift, some body armor and get the interior squeak free and comfortable for longer trips with my boys.
