Spid Locations

I have a 1979 and cannot seem to locate the SPID. I looked in the glove compartment and nothing was there except a tag with the van on it saying the truck was not made for slide in camper. I looked on the driver side and passenger side wheel well in the engine compartment and see nothing there. The truck according to the vin was made in Fremont.

They all came with SPID's right? The truck is pretty original I'm doubtful anybody removed it. It even has the original seat
