Got my truck this weekend

This is the first time I really drove my truck lowered for any distance or speed since it has been completed and I have to say that it rides like a BRICK. I was only going arond 60 MPH and I would fairly often bottom out, not hard, but just so I could feel it( it's almost as if the suspension is too soft and it would just bounce). Am I just going to have to deal with this or is there something I can do.

Also I was pulling up to a curb today when all of a sudden a came to a an abrupt stop. I got out and looked what I hit and it was the front sway bar. Do all of our trucks come with these or was it put on after. Would there be any use in changing it with a new one. When I take corners with any speed I can barely turn, I almost have to slow down to a crawl.
