Who is running 22" Transits with a drop?

I came across a set of cheap transits, I am bagging my C-10 at the moment, I am wondering if running transits with a large drop is an issue with the front suspension? or rear?

I currently have 5 bolt running gear, I was thinking about having the option of running the 22" with 1-1/2" wide wheel adapters. is this the right width?

I have made measurements and think it should work, but I am working with the frame alone, then have the bed off as well as the front clip to measure from, this is not always accurate, so i am relying on those who have attempted this already for insight.
