Project: Thinmint. 66 Burban bagged and ls swap.
Hey guys. I have been a member of the forums for years and made a post to follow the build of my last truck (1950 5 window, bagged and LS swap). Was a great thread, and had a ton of good information. Well it got destroyed thanks to photobucket and their greed. So, now, I am starting a new build thread for my next project. Its a 1966 Suburban with a full porterbuilt extreme kit and LS swap. I got it back in April, and have been collecting parts slowly the past few months. Now that I have some progress, I decided to share. I am going to load the photos directly to the post this time around. When I got the truck back in april, it was an abandoned project. Someone had started to install the porterbuilt, never finished the mock up, then left it outside in the Virginia weather. Needless to say it rusted real nice. A few pics of when I got it.
