'69 LWB Body trim holes

A couple of years ago, I saw a detailed description for size and location of all the trim holes for a '69 LWB. I cannot find that information any longer. Does anyone have any reference material that gives locations, dimensions, etc?

I thought Brothers and GMC Pauls used to show that information on their sites, but I am not getting email replys and the information doesn't seem to be there any longer.

My '69 has had various body panels replaced by the PO and the sticky tab trim mounts are falling off on my truck.
My cab and doors are already drilled, but the front fenders are not.
The tailgate has the lower trim installed as well as the tail light trim, but the upper R and L as well as the center trim is missing.

I originally posted this in the body section, but got no response.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
