1964 C-10 steering column slop
Thanks for any help, I just joined the board.
My steering wheel flops around pretty good, side to side an inch or two. I replaced the signal switch which also was busted and even with the new bearing the wheel is still floppy. Something is missing. Just underneath the signal switch is a lot of space, and the main steering column/rod is loose inside the jacket (3 on the tree). I've got a photo of everything under the wheel but cannot find en exploded diagram of what's supposed to be inside the tube. What is missing here? |
