what makes an hei an hei?
is it the chip or the coil location? and then how do you tell the differance?
I'm seeing some distributors for a 350 being called a 350 but it has a vac advance on it and i thought that that wasn't HEI. Am i right? then if i get one w/ a chip how do you wire it up? in a 68? thanks, sswj
