Clutch Help!!!!!

So I removed the pin on the clutch arm that goes through the firewall to slide a new boot on. In doing so, the rest of the clutch assembly moved and the rod that goes to the clutch fork dropped out. So once the boot was on I fumbled around and got everything put back together, so I though.

My clutch pedal goes to the floor, but the linkage and everything else barely moves. I am not sure what moved, or changed, but everything looks to be in the right place. Please help. I appreciate it.
