I have the the brackets I will sell them with the seat for $25 (so $100 for the complete seat with sliders & cover). The seat frame is missing 2 bolts where the back bolts to the bottom, it was that way when I got it 15 years ago. This allows it to fold forward but it has to rest on the gas tank when it's not folded forward. I never tried to get the bolts because I liked having it fold forward. If you don't have the in-cab tank you will need these bolts. Someone on the forum will have some. The only other thing you would need is a hog ring kit with pliers to put the cover back on. I think you can get that on eBay for less than $20. Here is a pic of the bolts for the frame. It has a Phillips head. You may be able to use a standard bolt.
