Question about SPID

Hey guys,

I've been looking for a short bed C10/GMC and came across one I'm thinking about purchasing. I had the seller send me the glove box SPID and I noticed it has "000" in the spot where the Wheel Base normally is listed. He says its a factory short bed but I've never seen one recorded like this. If it matters it's GMC and not the Chevy. Here's a picture of the info. I'm hoping someone can shed some light on it.
