Reproducing missing SPID

I am also trying to reproduce the missing SPID on my 66 K10 suburban. I could not locate the build sheet in the mat or seats so want to see what was on it from the factory. Its fairly all original with the exception of the rear end which was swapped at some time.

What I was wondering is if there was a specific order of the options listed on the spid. On later ones Ive seen the options seem to be all over the place with the paint and interior options usually on the bottom of the columns. Anything specific to 1966 spids? Different depending on plant?

Here is a list of known options for my burb.

K1406

C60 - 4 SEASON AIR COND
Z53 - AMMETER-OIL GAUGE
V74 - HAZARD WARNING SWITCH
F76 - FRONT WHEEL LOCK HUBS
Z62 - CUSTOM GROUP
A59 - THIRD SEAT
M20 - 4 SPD TRANSMISSION
K24 - CLOSED ENG POS VENT
L32 - 283 CU. IN. V-8 ENG
V76 - TOW HOOKS

The front sits SUPER high, is there any way to tell if they are HD front springs? How many leaves in a HD rear spring? Would Z61 also be listed? The engine has the closed PCV setup, is there a code for that or was it standard on all 283 v8s in 66?

Is there anything else I can visually confirm as a option over standard?
