Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I feel like I'm hoggin the CL thread, but I just keep finding ones I like (and that you should buy, so I don't!) Anyhoo, this COULD be a nice K10 Cheyenne Super with some re-work. Price isn't bad for a non-crusty 72 K10 at the top of the trim totem pole - unfortunately, someone went to a lot of trouble to make it a deluxe two tone white/med olive. But it was a 556 to begin with. Oh my. Sure wish they'd redone in original colors. Would look like my dream truck (except in a 1/2 rather than 3/4 ton size). Anyway, needs a seat, could live with the paint for a while, would be a rare bird with the correct paint. Enjoy: http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/cto/5547217273.html Btw, looks like the tow hooks are gone, so that should drop the price about $1000, right????
EDIT: Ya know.. perhaps I'm sounding a little (negatively) biased on this truck based on what I would have done with it. Just want to clarify, I think this is a pretty good deal - especially if someone wants the paint as it is. I'm just a 556 freak, so that's why this truck jumped out at me.
