Question Removing a cab

How long would it take to remove a cab from a truck? If the front clip isn't on it, i just disconncet the steering shaft, the wiring, remove the four bolts that hold it on, and pull it off, right? If the front clip is still on the truck, what is the quickest way to remove it? Also, what size wrenches will i need to do this? I am going to buy a cab that is quite a ways from my house, and i have to pull it off. I will have a friend to help me, but i don't want to spend all day on this. Thanks for the help!
