Bought my first c10, but have one question.

So as the title states, I bought my first c10. I am still learning the whole gas world being that I was really involved in diesels at one point (more specifically the cummins engine 5.9 era). When I got this truck I new it was a gem, and got a great deal from a great friend. This truck as a 92-93 454 fuel injected big block in it, more specifically it is TBI injected.

My question is, what is this engine capable of withstanding on the inside? Are the rods and pistons decent? crank? etc etc. Just don't know enough about this engine just yet and when I google it I can't really find a whole lot. Any pointers or words of wisdom would be totally great. If it helps I was wanting to make around 400-500hp and leave it at that. Hopefully by that time the sickness will not have started and I start dumping a crap ton of money into it lol.

Thank you guys in advance, I really appreaciate it! Below is a pic of the rig.
