Replace Shock Eye Bushings and Sleeves - 83 K30

I'm going nuts trying to find new bushings AND sleeves for the lower end of the front shocks on my truck. The shocks are fine but the bushings are completely gone. You'd think it would be easy for all the choices for bushings out there but it's not. I see images of parts that might work but the specs (ID/OD) are not listed. I need;

Sleeve ID: 1/2"
Bushing OD: 1"
Bushing length: 1" to 1-5/8"
Sleeve length: 1-5/8"

Half straight or hourglass would be easiest so I don't have to press them in.

Anyone ever successfully done this before?

I'm trying to just get by for now and avoid the expense of new shocks as I'll be buying different length new ones soon when I change the suspension.

Posting in this forum because it gets the most traffic by far and this is sort of a universal topic. Admin move if necessary.
