where does one mount the fuel regulator

[SS68]

I'm using a Holley sniper efi intake with the holley rails

aeromotive pump has three ports 1 oulet 2 vent 3 return

aeromotive filter in between pump and rails

also where do I put the return line.

I made a visual for where I'm at. a lot easier for me to understand than reading others threads and builds. appreciate the help
