'68-newer C40-60 Fenders

I don't have these, but I saw them last weekend, they didn't sell, and I know how to get a hold of him. No pictures, but these are faded original red paint rust free fenders. If I had expendable cash I would have talked to him. I keep thinking about them, just have a thing for hard to find good stuff like that. He had other pieces too, like the running boards I think. Something els, but not sure now.

So I just want opinions here first, before talking to the guy. If that's what I end up doing. I don't need them, at the moment, so don't want to pay more than I'll get back. What would be reasonable, or guys with these trucks, what would you be happy to pay. Thanks
