PS, ALT, AC for Chevy 235
Well guys,
I might be an edge case compared to most, but I'm pretty excited to get my 54 235 setup with power steering, air conditioning, and an alternator. I had two options that I had researched: buy the deluxe vintage air kit (alt and compressor on driver side) for 1700 and make a bracket on the other side to mount (ps) or get the basic ac kit ~1400 and get this guys adapter for ~600 https://davisspeedequipment.com/prod...t-with-extras/ The cool thing is I get the power steering and ac on the right sides for how I want it. I have a 53 3100 with the dodge Dakota suspension/rack and pinion so I can stay stock with the engine, but still handle well. I also will be using a t5 for the tranny. Just thought I'd share this for future guys looking to have the best of both worlds w/ a six. I wonder how many ponies I will lose once I get everything setup. FYI the Dakota swap is found here: http://industrialchassis.com
