Back with a new ride!

Hey all,

Been a longtime member here, but previously had a 66 GMC project. It's been a few years, but I'm back with a new truck that will be my personal project/ride. Not entirely sure what direction I want to take it just yet, but for now, here is a side view of it.

It has a 290hp 350, a TH-350. It's lowered, has custom front and rear bumpers, and had the bed shortened. Disc front, drum rear.

The first order(s) of business is to change out the seat for something with a little less cushion and more legroom, move the brake pedal back, and improve the brakes on all corners. It stops okay now, but I'd really like to have more power and confidence in the braking.

Long term, I'm thinking LS3/6l80E, but we'll see .

Cheers all!
