Rochester carb. rebuilder?
Anyone know if Bob Stone is still in business? I can't locate a contact for him outside of personal venues.
Found a business that goes by "carb. doctor". He's in Canada, so the added expense. Nice guy and helpful too. He offered to set me up with a complete divorce choke. OT: I wasn't sure that would work with ceramic coated high heat parts, which reduces surface temp. He thinks so long as I got the stove pipe and the crossovers are open a divorce choke should work under reasonable winter conditions. This is a Nevada garage queen anyway. I'm still on the fence though, electric is a sure thing, a divorce choke is vintage Other than that, any other carb. builders recommended? Small business types preferred. Thanks.............
