6.2 4l65e won’t shift

Hey guys I have a question I have a 58 with a 6.2 and a 4l65e running factory fuel injection and a connect and cruise transmission trans part#19260380. Problem is range switch a b c and p all read hi and the trans commands 3rd gear at all times and will not shift. I have disconnected the connector at the trans and it has 12v ont the pink wire and ground on the black wire I can short out the black wire to each range a b c p and they read low. Trans still no shift. Does the range switch have anything to do with the no shift. Or am I fighting different issues? Any help or ideals would be greatly appreciated.
