Got the motor turning

The engine in my 67 was stuck from the PO leaving the heads off for some years (it looked rough). After spraying it all down with penetrating oil and cleaning up the cylinders we were able to slowly get the motor turning over and all seems good so far. The cylinders all cleaned up really nice. I was really planning on replacing it but I’m going to give it a chance and maybe we will get lucky if nothing else is wrong. It was supposed to run really strong but they “took the heads off to rebuild and never got them back on”
I know it’s a gamble and we should probably just have pulled it but for a $40 gasket kit and some supplies It’s a cheap experiment.
Hopefully have it running sometime in the next week.
