Just introducing myself. Name is Ryan, I'm 34. Lived in northern IL my whole life.

I've owned a bunch of squarebody chevys. If you are on CK5 forum, I'm muddermilitia over there

I currently own a 1952 Dodge Coronet, built as a mild custom.
I also own a 1959 Chevy Apache, which is what brings me to this site. The 1989 K5 I had was an extreme trail rig. 1 tons, dual cases, 42" tires, exo cage. I sold/parted that out and started my 59 chevy project with the funds.

Currently the 59 consists of: 87 C10 long bed chassis. 56 chevy cab, 58 chevy front fenders, 59 chevy hood, NOS grill, NOS fleetside long bed sides and tail gate. Engine is a 2005 5.3L from a Tahoe. Trans is a 4l80e from a 2003 Express van. Rear axle is a custom made 9" from Strange engineering. Chassis is lowered 4.5" in front and 5" in back.
